These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Trybe Inc. governing your use of the Trybe platform (trybe.run and related services). By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
You may not create an account on behalf of someone else, share your account with others, or use the platform for any purpose other than connecting with running communities as a runner, organizer, or both.

You retain ownership of content you post on Trybe (club descriptions, reviews, profile information). By posting content, you grant Trybe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the platform.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you post does not infringe third-party rights, violate any laws, or breach these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.
If you list a running club or event on Trybe, you represent that you have the authority to do so, that all information is accurate, and that the club or event genuinely operates as described. You agree to keep your listing current and to remove it if the club or event ceases to operate.
Trybe is not responsible for the safety, quality, or conduct of any club or event listed on the platform. Runners attend at their own risk.
The Trybe platform, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Trybe Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our written permission.
Trybe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or suited to any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trybe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to participation in club runs or events discovered through Trybe.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@trybe.run. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice in serious cases.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or platform notice. Continued use of Trybe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Los Angeles County, California.
